I was in the shopping center, and this place came up on my phone search. I love Thai food, so I decided to give them a try. The space is clean, bright, and very pretty. They have a large menu, but I decided to get something off of their lunch specials menu. I went for the pineapple curry with chicken. I asked for it mild, and I was not disappointed. The meal started off with a small salad, with an amazing peanut sauce dressing. I love peanut sauce, and this one was absolutely delicious. Not spicy at all. A perfect start to the meal. The curry was also amazing! Just the right consistency, and it was just spicy enough that I knew that it was there, the curry had a wonderfully rich flavor, and the pineapple made it sweet, but not overly sweet. The chicken was tender, and the other fixins were not too hard, and not too soft. It is one of the better Thai curries that I have had. It also came with a good sized portion of jasmine rice, which I love. It didn't look like a lot of food, but I left stuffed! The price was also extremely reasonable. I will be back. Thank you!

Our first time coming here was such a great experience! Service was very fast, we got our food before we were half way through our appetizers. We got very fresh little salads as soon as we were seated. We got fried spring rolls, which were crispy and very hot, but not a lot of flavor to them. I prefer fresh rolls, but we wanted to try something different. The hubby got green curry, and I got curry noodles. We both enjoyed our food, but agreed the curry noodles were our favorite. There was so much flavor and so much food in the one bowl of noodles. It was like a bowl of ramen with very thick curry broth. So so good. I've not seen this offered at a Thai restaurant before, and so we will make this our go to place from now on to get this dish! Oh we also got Thai tea made plant based, with coconut milk. Since we didn't get refills during our meal, our waiter brought us small to-go cups of tea to take with us. We thought this was so nice of him. Great food, and great service!

This is a cute Thai restaurant in Folsom, CA. It's located in a big retail plaza with plenty of parking. However, when it's busy here, you may have to park a bit further, but otherwise, there are plenty of free parking. The staff was very pleasant upon entrance and greeted us and seated us right away. I love the nice big fountain outside and I also love the smaller semi-private room in the back. As far as ambience, it was nice, however, I felt that all of the dark aesthetics and the lack of natural lighting and indoor lighting made it seem too dark. I ordered the Panang curry with chicken, which was really good. I chose that over the red curry (which is my go-to for curry) because it has a more mild flavor profile. I love cooking curry at home and am able to control the spice level, but here, I wasn't able to, so I selected the less spicy option. I also replaced the green beans for bamboo. I'm so glad they were able to accommodate my request. I love green beans, but felt like having bamboo because it tastes better with the curry. They also serve a small salad, which is nice. I enjoyed the food here. Our server was very attentive and the service was great. I would definitely return to try their other menu items. I would recommend this place for lunch or dinner.

A casual place with authentic Thai chef. The restaurant ac was working almost too well. Service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant is lightly decorated in Thai style and they serve Singha beer if you are in the mood. I had the Pad kra Pao with pinched pork and it was very tasty with authentic flavors. The portion was too large for me but that seems to be common in the US. I recommend the place for authentic Thai tastes in a casual atmosphere. Worth the trip!!

I apparently have been trying a lot of new places as of late, so I am happy for the experience. We were in Folsom, and my wife wanted Thai (and she had previously been here), so of course, why not? The staff were very nice. Waters were always refilled, and they just seemed to be genuinely in a good mood. Very welcoming feel, and the my wife enjoyed the art work and the feel (she is Southeast Asian, and she was really vibing). I agree, in that, save for the tv showing the NBA playoffs, seemed like an authentic "aura" about iself. Now then....the food. We ordered the spring rolls, beef laab, boat noodle soup, and red curry with chicken. She also ordered the Thai Tea, and said there's was a good take on the classic drink. I thought the spring rolls were somewhat lacking......the interior ingredients were like that as an airy salad....not really any "girth" to it, but the peanut sauce was good with a little kick. The Boat Noodle broth was AMAZING. I have to be careful of onion consumption due to a sensitivity, but I kept slurping it up in between my wife's bites. She enjoyed her beef laab salad, and while it was quite spicy, the few bites I had were of very good quality (and flavorful) beef. My curry wasn't too unique.....but it was a good rendition of a typical Thai restaurant curry. I don't really live near Folsom, but if in the area and craving Thai food, I would definitely recommend you try here.

Good thai food, great service, I love the music and the art on the walls. Definitely get the thai tea, remember, you get free refills, this is the only place I've been to where they give free refills on thai tea. We had the Drunken Noodles, Mango Curry with Salmon, egg rolls, and spring rolls. Everything was great. My only complaint is the bathroom - one for men, one for women. Expect a line to simply wash your hands. Would definitely return!

We stopped here on our way to Tahoe. Some friends recommended this place and I can see why. The food is delicious, beautifully plated and everything is bursting with flavor. The pineapple in my sweet-and-sour pork was cut from fresh pineapple, none of the canned stuff. Hubby had the pad kee mao (which he always gets) and he particularly liked this one. Everything was so delicious! The service was excellent. Our server, named "Dear" is a real dear! She was so sweet and friendly and eagerly made sure we had everything cooked the way we wanted. She went out of her way to give us good service. The outdoor patio is so lovely. I am impressed at how they were able to make a peaceful garden-like patio in a parking lot. You don't even notice that it's a parking lot because the garden is lovely with beautiful fragrant roses surrounding it and you can hear the sound of the soothing fountain water. We really loved our experience here and will come again if we are in town

Disclaimer that I've been coming here since I was in elementary school, and despite management having changed many times since then, I could love this place purely for the atmosphere and service. On my most recent visit, staff was super friendly and prompt, portion sizes were extremely generous (this was the lunch portions), and despite filling our bellies, we had plenty of food to take home. Food quality is great, the pad see ew with chicken is a personal favorite of mine and I will always be comparing other pad see ew's in American Thai restaurants with this one. The Thai Jced Tea is a little too sweet for me but definitely great for someone with a sweet tooth.

This is our usual go to when in Folsom. Today we did some shopping at the outlets nearby and had to stop to have dinner here. The food is flavorful, authentic, delicious and hot as it is served quickly! You could pretty much throw a dart and whatever you order off this menu will be delicious. We love the fresh spring rolls for appetizer and the peanut and honey plum dipping sauces. So refreshing and yummy. We've tried several dishes here with our go to being the drunken noodles, green curry with chicken, asparagus in garlic chili sauce with chicken, and the mango sticky rice for dessert. Oh and don't forget about asking for a scoop of their coconut ice cream to go with the dessert. It melts in your mouth and is an amazing addition not many people know about! I don't even like coconut ice cream but my partner insisted we try it and OMG heaven. Plus it's from Gunther's. So now it's just a part of our meal. The service is always great, although I would give them extra time to get your check to you and to come by and check on you at times, especially if a busy Friday or weekend night. The ambiance is actually very comfortable and inviting due to the lighting and decor indoors. They even have a small outdoor patio to sit at with lighting outside. Overall, I couldn't imagine having never tried this spot. I literally crave the Thai food from here. Do yourself a favor and go try it!!!
